PROCESSING TIME
Since every item is custom-printed to order, please allow 1-2 business days for production before your order ships. Same-day printing is available on select products (indicated on the product page).

DELIVERY TIMELINES
Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within India.

SHIPPING RATES
- Orders within 10km of our Kharghar facility: ₹99 local delivery, FREE on orders ₹999 and above
- Orders elsewhere in India: ₹99 standard shipping, FREE on orders ₹999 and above
- International shipping is available at a flat rate of ₹1,800; please contact us before ordering to confirm delivery timelines to your country

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your shipment in real time.

DELAYS
While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier network disruptions, weather, or high-volume periods (festivals, bulk corporate orders). We will notify you if your order is significantly delayed.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
